Julian Ventham-Day

Managing Director
Julian has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, with over 10 years of that being in the specialist fire safety sector.
During his career, Julian has worked at almost every level in the sector, from tradesman through supervision, management to Regional Director level at a large Tier 1 main contractor, successfully delivering small, medium and high value projects ranging from £2k – £15m for a number of clients, including many from the G15. Julian treats every client and project with the same level of pride and commitment to excellent service, communication and customer satisfaction.
Bringing that knowledge, experience, passion and pride to 3B Fire Consultancy, his attention to detail and customer focus, along with his knowledge and passion for fire safety and compliance, works therein to ensure clients and customers are in safe hands.

- Fire door inspector (UK fire door training)

Lawrence David

Senior Fire Risk Assessor
Lawrence has over 20 years’ experience in the specialist fire safety sector.
A fully qualified and experienced level 4 fire risk assessor, with 20 years hands on experience in the sector, and extensive skills and education in Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Inspections (Fire Doors, compartmentation). Lawrence possesses all the skills, knowledge and technical ability to provide our clients with first class information and reports.
An Associate of both the Institute of Fire Engineers and the Institute of Fire Protection officers, and a registered Fire Risk Assessor, his work requires a consistent standard of excellence and accuracy, something he takes great pride in and given that the nature of his role is life safety, integrity is a core value for him.
